I emailed David about inspecting mould in my property and I got a quick call back the next day. He was polite, very informative and so helpful. He saved me further expenses by explaining how to get rid of it and also gave me the assurance that if it doesn't work, I can call back. So thankful and I feel valued as a customer. He was very helpful talking us through the causes of damp and some potential methods of resolving the problem. Many of the suggestions were good ideas that we could implement ourselves for free to reduce damp & condensation. At no point we were pressured to buy any service or product. Contacted the team at Prokil for advice on tanking a small cellar. Their report and quote was turned around within a very reasonable time. I needed some help in understanding some aspects of it and was given plenty of time on the phone to run through my questions. In the end, we decided on a different plan but I still wouldn't hesitate to return to Prokil for any similar project. The property was also a 50 minute drive from Prokil's office and this was accepted with question which we found accommodating and impressive. Thanks team!
